Computer crash?
We provide honest and affordable data recovery service for individuals and small businesses. We always meet our clients face to face. We pick up and deliver failed drives at no cost. We never charge for diagnostics or estimates. We do not require a deposit – just your faith! You owe us nothing if we don't recover your files. Big businesses and wealthy individuals routinely pay $1,000 - $5,000 to large data recovery companies and often don’t pass their automated voicemail. We charge less than 20% of that for truly personal, compassionate and excellent quality service.
Computer won't start up - and
you fear you've lost your files, documents, music or pictures?
Patient records or clientele files corrupted? Computer is
dead -- and the only copy of your doctoral dissertation
is on the disk? We've recovered data from these situations
-- and many others.
Please call or email us before
spending thousands of dollars elsewhere. Because we are
a small firm (with relatively low overhead), we can afford
to charge less, and you will have the same great results
for a fraction of what you pay elsewhere.
If your hard drive
has crashed or failed,
You
are in the right place.

Whether
you use your computer for personal, business or academic
requirements or as a small business owner
We will recover your data.
We handle your data with
Care and confidentiality.
We treat it as though
it were our own private data. Your information remains always
confidential and privileged – as in a doctor/patient or
attorney/client relationship. After you have what you need,
we purge it from our system. We conform to HIPAA standards
-- and even go beyond the requirements.
If your drive is malfunctioning
-- especially if it is making unusual sounds,
Stop using it and CALL
US ASAP!

More often than not, by continuing to use a "sick"
disk you will cause further damage.
Write down the message on the screen (if any), shutdown
the computer and call us! ...especially if the drive is
making unusual noises.
There is a more insidious
problem that failing hard drives can cause. Remember, no
backup system is completely “failsafe”. Even if you have
been conscientiously doing weekly or even daily backups,
you may have, without realizing it, been backing up “bad”
data for months. A “dying” disk may have been damaged for
some time, but not badly enough to fail completely. Yet,
even if you are unable to read or restore your data from
your backups, we can usually help.
